any domain, company or individual. We currently do not provide
service to websites that contain, promote or provide:
- content of a pornographic, sexually
explicit, or adult nature
- content of an illegal nature (including
stolen copyrighted material)
- pirated software sites
- content of a nature that could
be reasonably considered as promoting hate, that is
slanderous or is libelous
- gambling or gambling related materials or information
Websites subscribed to the Web Link Alliance service may not participate in any service whose objective is
to generate clicks or traffic to the member website. These artificially generated clicks and traffic degrade
the service for all participants and do NOT, in any way, improve ranking results. The Account of any website
found to be using 3rd party services to artifically generate website traffic will be terminated. No refund or
credit shall be paid on accounts terminated for this reason.
Membership in Web Link Alliance allows your website to participate in
a link exchange program with other Web Link Alliance member sites. Links to
other member sites will be generated and indexed by the search engines. Links
to your site will be generated and indexed by the search engines on other member sites.
Each member of Web Link Alliance agrees to participate in this link exchange without
disclosure or approval of any individual links that may point to or originate from
the member's website, or any indexing of link information by search engines associated with
the member's website. Web Link Alliance does not warrant the quality, type or perceived value
of any member's link exchange beyond compliance with Web Link Alliance Terms of Use.
Upon termination or expiry of a WLA domain or account membership the owner of domain(s)
is solely and completely responsible for removing WLA scripts and files from the
web hosting server for the domain(s). Websites that do not have the WLA code
removed and that continue to attempt to consume membership services are doing so in violation of
these Terms of Use. WLA will not service these unauthorized
attempts to utilize WLA services. WLA may respond to each unauthorized request for service with
a warning message indicating that the calling website is not authorized to access WLA service and/or with
code, images or scripts designed to display commercial advertising for the WLA service or other
products and services. WLA will assist any former account holder or owner of a terminated or expired
domain membership to remove the WLA code and files if requested to do so by the owner of the domain name
AND if the owner of the domain name authorizes WLA to access their hosted website via FTP by providing
login information to WLA for the purpose of access the hosted website via FTP. WLA is not in any way
responsible for modifying or removing the code or files if the owner of the domain does not provide
FTP access to the domain's hosting account; nor will WLA honor any requests to modify the returned
warnings or advertising for domains which continue to make unauthorized service requests to WLA servers.
You are responsible for complying with the laws of the
jurisdiction from which you are accessing this site and you agree
that you will not access or use the information on this site in
violation of such laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise herein,
any information submitted by you through this site shall be deemed
